Your responsibilities:
* In collaboration with our internal teams and international suppliers, you handle the processing of returns and incoming dealer complaints.
* One of your regular tasks is the independent creation of analyses, statistics, and reports.
* You support our buyers in their daily activities by adding new products to the portfolio, creating sales programs and maintaining current purchasing and sales prices.
* Together with our international suppliers, you resolve and clarify delivery discrepancies.
* Systematic monitoring and tracking of agreed delivery dates in cooperation with our buyers and suppliers.
* Additionally, you prepare and follow-up meetings and conferences and also take part in those.
You bring along:
* You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training program and, ideally, have gained first experience in purchasing.
* Thorough technical understanding and knowledge of motorcycle accessories and spare parts is an advantage.
* This position requires good knowledge of the most common MS Office programs (especially Excel). Experience in handling an ERP system is desirable.
* You are fluent in spoken and written English, any other language is beneficial.
* Besides, you are open-minded and communicative and able to work independently.
