Responsibilities
 * Conducting hazard assessments and risk evaluations
 * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal regulations
 * Development and implementation of preventive measures for accident avoidance
 * Planning and conducting training and instructions
 * Creation and updating of emergency and evacuation plans
 * Advising and supporting staff on safety matters
 * Conducting internal and external audits and inspections
 * Maintenance and management of safety-relevant documents
 * Coordination with supervisory authorities and external service providers
Qualifications
 * Completed training as a safety officer according to
 * 7 ArbSchG
 * Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in manufacturing companies
 * Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as assertiveness
 * Interest in and enjoyment of working with people and technology from various trades
