About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to lead our sales and marketing strategy in the Building Solutions & Technologies business area.
As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our German sales and marketing teams and the European team.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement projects to enhance our CRM capabilities.
* Collaborate with marketing to refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
* Manage Salesforce accounts, providing essential user support and ensuring seamless system operation.
* Facilitate system changes through comprehensive testing and validation.
* Work closely with sales teams to maximize Salesforce data for revenue growth.
* Create training materials and deliver workshops to empower Salesforce users.
* Generate actionable reports and dashboards to inform management decisions.
* Ensure regional activities align with enterprise initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar CRM role, with a proven track record of success.
* Administrator experience in Salesforce.com in a larger company, with expertise in setup and maintenance.
* Fluency in German and proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
* High degree of team spirit, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and curiosity.
* Proficiency in using MS Office 365, with ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Ability to meet goals on time in a fast-paced environment, working with great accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant completed degree or comparable training, demonstrating expertise in CRM and sales.
* Experience from a matrix organization, with ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
