The Investor Relations (IR) department serves as the company’s window to the capital market and covers the entire spectrum of communication with capital market participants (Annual General Meeting, annual report, roadshows, etc.). Department 632 “Institutional Investors” focuses on the dialogue with institutional investors and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations Specialist (f/m/d)
* Company-side speaker in investor meetings in the U.S. and Canada on topics such as strategy, business development, and financial performance
* Independent planning, organization, and execution of IR conferences and roadshows in the U.S. and Canada with institutional investors (e.g., pension funds, banks, asset managers) and analysts, with a focus on investor targeting and actively expanding investor relationships
o Identification, outreach, and relationship building with new potential institutional shareholders
o Responsibility for planning roadshows and conferences
o Investor targeting as well as maintenance and management of the CRM system
+ Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of institutional investors
+ Coordination with brokers/banks for organizing roadshows and daily schedules
+ Documentation in the CRM system, including follow-ups and feedback collection
o Accompanying management on roadshows, including coordination of appointments and ensuring consistency with the corporate IR messaging
* Content-related and organizational support of local IR events
* Contribution to quarterly capital market communication in cooperation with Department Management 632, as well as conducting financial and competitive analyses
o Analysis and preparation of internal and external data and creation of reports on IR-related topics
o Preparation of presentations for various internal stakeholders, including the Executive Board
o Conducting competitive analyses to support strategic decision‑making
* Participation in alignment with analysts regarding capital market expectations and financial developments
* Further development and digitalization of processes and digital IR tools
Professional Requirements:
* University degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
* Excellent knowledge of financial figures and financial analysis
* Several years of professional experience in the capital market, banking, or investor relations
* Affinity for IT and willingness to contribute to digitalization topics
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
