As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will contribute to a wide range of tasks that support our online presence, brand communication, and audience engagement—not limited to events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Digital Marketing Strategy:
* Advising and guiding the team on best practices in digital marketing
* Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans across multiple platforms
* Analyzing trends, engagement, and performance to optimize campaigns
* Social Media Management & Mentorship:
* Overseeing and mentoring the team on social media content strategy and scheduling
* Leading content planning for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more
* Ensuring brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all platforms
* Content Creation & Communication:
* Drafting engaging copy for newsletters, social media posts, and press content
* Collaborating on visual content and coordinating with designers or using tools like Canva
* Supporting internal and external communication strategies, including follow-ups and announcements
* Public Relations & Brand Building:
* Helping draft press releases and manage outreach to media outlets or collaborators
* Strengthening the organization’s brand through storytelling and value-driven messaging
This internship will give you the space to take initiative, apply your digital marketing expertise, and help mentor less experienced team members.

Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
Strong writing and editing skills, especially for online communication
Confidence in mentoring or advising others in content planning and platform use
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Scheduler, or similar
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly
