Operativ & Projektgeschäft
* Planung, Steuerung und termingerechte Umsetzung von POS-Display-Kampagnen (LEH, Drogerie, Fachhandel, Gyms, Marktplätze)
* Verantwortung für Disposition und Bedarfsplanung in Abstimmung mit Sales, Produktentwicklung und Inbound
* Koordination von Transport- und Logistikprozessen mit Outbound und externen Dienstleistern
* Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen, Bestandsmanagement und Eskalationshandling
* Analyse und Steuerung von Promotion-Mechaniken inkl. ROI, Sell-Out-Rate und Rate of Sale
* Management des gesamten Prozesses: Billboard → Regal → Abverkauf → Nachbestellungen
Strategisch & Prozessoptimierung
* Gestaltung und Optimierung der End-to-End - Prozesse
* Aufbau und Pflege von internationalen Lieferanten- und Speditionsnetzwerken
* Implementierung von Prozess- und Systemoptimierungen (SAP B1, BI-Tools, Projektmanagement)
* Weiterentwicklung von Forecasting- und Bestandsstrategien für B2B- und DTC-Kanäle
* Unterstützung bei Internationalisierungs- und Expansionsprojekten
Führung & Zusammenarbeit
* Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines dreiköpfigen Supply Chain Teams
* Verantwortung für Teamziele, KPIs und Performance
* Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und internationalen Partnern
* Vertrags- und Verhandlungsmanagement mit Lieferanten und Spediteuren
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
Must-haves:
* Erfahrung im Handel at scale (z. B. REWE, Edeka, Müller, Rossmann, Kaufland, dm o. ä.)
* Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Promotion-Mechaniken (ROI, Sell-Out, Rate of Sale)
* Erfahrung im POS-Display- und Aktionsgeschäft (Food, FMCG, Lifestyle oder Nutrition)
* SAP (idealerweise Business One), Excel, Power BI
* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
* Führungserfahrung und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
* Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
Nice-to-have:

You’ve got a passion for retail, love steering campaigns from concept to shelf, and have a knack for processes, people, and performance? Then take on responsibility as Team Lead Supply Chain (m/f/d) for Promotional Business & POS Displays – and actively shape the journey from billboard to reorders.
Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus
Operational & Project Business
* Planning, coordination, and on-time execution of POS display campaigns (grocery retail, drugstores, specialty trade, gyms, marketplaces)
* Responsibility for disposition and demand planning in close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Inbound Logistics
* Coordination of transport and logistics processes with Outbound and external service providers
* Ensuring delivery deadlines, inventory management, and escalation handling
* Analysis and management of promotion mechanics, including ROI, sell-out rate, and rate of sale
* End-to-end process management: Billboard → Shelf → Sell-Out → Reorders
Strategic & Process Optimization
* Design and optimization of end-to-end processes
* Development and maintenance of international supplier and freight forwarder networks
* Implementation of process and system optimizations (SAP B1, BI tools, project management systems)
* Further development of forecasting and inventory strategies for B2B and DTC channels
* Support for internationalization and expansion projects
Leadership & Collaboration
* Leading, coaching, and developing a three-person Supply Chain team
* Responsibility for team goals, KPIs, and performance
* Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and international partners
* Contract and negotiation management with suppliers and freight forwarders
