The firm works across multiple sectors and is committed to building deep, long-term relationships with clients. What You'll Do Lead origination and execution of M&A and debt advisory transactions. Drive sector coverage in your area of expertise (priority: Software / IT Services ). Build and manage client relationships, focusing on family-owned businesses, succession planning, and selective buyside mandates. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including team development and participation in small-cap investment opportunities. What We're Looking For Proven track record in mid-market investment banking (deal sizes €20M-€60M typical). Strong sector network, ideally in Software / IT Services. Ability to generate 1M-2M in annual fees. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership and equity participation. Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Path to equity participation within 2 years. Opportunity to co-invest in small-cap and micro-cap deals alongside the firm.
