With a real passion for great spirits and rum it has developed into one of the most successful B2B spirits companies. Apart from famous spirits which the company imports to Europe it has also developed a number of delicious own brands.
In your role as new Country Manager Germany/Austria you will be responsible for the market development and further expansion in your regional area. This includes strategic aspects and the operational implementation of sales and strategies as well as the establishment of structures and networks to ensure long-term growth and strong brand presence.

Your diversified field of responsibility comprises in detail:
1. Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key accounts including supermarkets, specialty stores and retail chains.
2. Identify and acquire potential customers on the German and Austrian market
3. Analyse trends, economic indicators, competitors and relevant market information
4. Negotiate contracts, terms and annual agreements with customers
5. Manage P&L for your region, ensuring growth and profitability of your portfolio of premium brands
6. Develop and implement market strategies for Germany and Austria to drive revenue growth and gain market share
7. Develop and lead marketing and e-commerce campaigns
8. Build a high-performing sales team
9. Participate in setting the annual budget and strategic planning
10. Implement and optimize processes and structures
11. Collaborate with international partners and colleagues
You bring along:
12. Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
13. Several years of experience in F&B sales, ideally in the spirits or related industries
14. Ability and willingness to manage big accounts
15. Proven track record of further developing markets
16. Deep understanding of the German and Austrian retail landscapes
17. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
18. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-reliant approach
19. Ability to build, lead and motivate a team
20. Strategic vision combined with a certain hands-on mentality
21. Fluency in German and good English skills
22. Willingness to travel as necessary
