The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment where accuracy and strategic insight directly impact business performance Job Duties & Responsibilities Works with supervisor and other financial analysts to analyze costs and production activities to provide business unit insight for potential cost reductions and process improvements. Performs cost analysis to be used for strategic decision making. Communicates to the business unit how activities and their costs are linked to the products and the Company's financial results. Performs and analyzes costing run to determine the cost associated with component parts and finished goods. Performs monthly and year end closing processes. Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organizations progress against its financial goals. Facilitates the strategic and annual planning processes with the business unit. Performs work under general supervision and possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. All work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills, and experience. Performs other related duties as assigned or needed. Product Costing Responsibilities: Runs product costing transactions in SAP and verifies accuracy of system-generated results; identifies and resolves discrepancies through root cause analysis. Investigates costing variances by tracing issues to routing errors, bill of materials (BOM), or incorrect pricing inputs from purchasing; collaborates cross-functionally to resolve. Serves as a key resource in ensuring costing accuracy by validating master data and driving alignment between actuals and standard costs to support financial and pricing strategies. Specifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Manufacturing experience preferred SAP experience preferred Basic skills in all Microsoft Office products, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills 1-3 years of related work experience is preferred :Wir freuen uns auf die Bewerbung:
