You will join a dedicated QA team of 2 and report directly to the Team lead QA. Together, you'll work closely with our Product and Software Development teams to make sure that every release meets the highest quality standards. Design, write, and execute manual and automated UI and API test cases to identify defects and validate product functionality. Develop and continuously improve automated testing solutions for both UI and API (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, Karate, RestAssured). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor their performance. Track, document, and communicate test results, defects, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders. Drive QA best practices and foster a quality-first mindset in the cross-functional team. Your Profile 5 years of hands-on QA experience, ideally in complex API-based or protocol-driven environments (e.g. SaaS, fintech, IoT, or eMobility). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) and version control (Git). Hands-on experience with Java, REST Assured, Cypress, or Selenium (or similar frameworks). Analytical mindset and a curiosity for how things connect — whether that’s APIs, data flows, or end-to-end partner exchanges. Confidence communicating with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to align on priorities and risk. (Nice to have) Familiarity with OCPI / OICP, eMobility standards, or large-scale integration testing.
