Your tasks
9. Procurement and reliable delivery of urgently needed aircraft parts that are not available in local stocks or need to be delivered quickly from warehouses.
10. Ensuring the fastest possible material solution within the framework of hypercare support (Logistics FAL Coordination) in close cooperation with various interface functions
11. Continuous monitoring of estimated time of arrival and proactive follow-up in case of delays
12. Preparation of all relevant shipping and transport documents in strict compliance with international logistics regulations.
Your profile
13. Successfully completed technical studies, studies in industrial engineering, business administration or studies in the field of international management, supply chain / logistics or economics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
14. Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in the areas of customer service, process improvement, and supply chain/logistics.
15. Essential requirement: solid professional experience within the Airbus Group (Airbus experience)
16. At least 1 year of solid experience in returns logistics and at least 1 year of experience in creating shipping documents.
17. At least good knowledge of warehouse information systems and common logistics regulations; knowledge of stakeholder management and project management is an advantage.
18. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
19. Proficient use of Google Workspace and at least basic knowledge of the SAP ERP system
