As a DevOps Analyst, you will: Plan, coordinate, and manage the release content to ensure alignment with the scope agreed upon with the customer. Ensure all deliverables—including source code, configuration files, product packages, and documentation—are included in the release baseline. Identify and address any gaps between the expected scope and the actual release content. Manage release documentation, including release notes, user guides, and developer documentation. Oversee code merges, build processes, and weekly sprint-based builds while coordinating source code contributions from the development team. Collaborate closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to align on priorities, schedules, impact assessments, and related tasks. What You Bring to the Table: 5 years of experience in DevOps practices with a strong focus on release management in Agile/Lean environments. Deep understanding of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and automation testing frameworks. Hands-on experience with source code control systems, build environments, and issue tracking tools. Proven ability to design and implement automated build and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps organizational models and Agile software development life cycles. You should possess the ability to: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multiple software components. Integrate deployment strategies with development processes to meet release requirements. Create and manage detailed release schedules and coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure timely and stable releases. Track, report, and communicate the status and stability of builds and releases. Communicate fluently in German and effectively document technical procedures and outcomes.
