As a German Speaking Customer Care Agent, your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries through various channels while ensuring satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
 * Effectively communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding support.
 * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
 * Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
 * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
 * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
 * Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement.
 * Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in onboarding new team members.
Requirements
 * Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Knowledge over Technical Troubleshooting is advantageous.
 * Prior customer service experience is preferable.
 * Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
 * Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing time effectively.
 * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
