In this role, you will contribute to excellence in forecast performance, process efficiency, and system adoption while collaborating closely with crossu2011functional partners to support strategic business needs. Tasks & responsibilities In this role, you will lead regional demand forecasting by orchestrating, validating, and continuously improving statistically robust forecasts, integrating market intelligence, commercial insights, and local risks and opportunities in line with global standards. Within your area of responsibility, you will own the monthly demand forecasting cadence, ensuring strong governance, high data quality, and clear documentation of assumptions and rationale. By analyzing forecast performance, you will drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias through targeted corrective actions. As part of the regional organization, you will act as the forecasting business partner for commercial, finance, marketing, and supply chain stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on assumptions, risks, scenarios, and opportunities. When supporting Regional and Global Demand Reviews, you will challenge inputs, highlight deviations, and escalate key risks where required. With a strong focus on data integrity, you will govern data quality, reporting, and insights, ensuring reliable master and transactional data within forecasting systems. By delivering executiveu2011level insights, you will ensure consistent KPI logic within the u201cMeasure What Mattersu201d framework and provide reporting via SAC and Power BI. Requirements A Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management, ideally within biou2011pharmaceutical, animal health, or FMCG environments. Advanced expertise in forecasting technologies such as SAPu2011IBP, Kinaxis, or JDA, combined with strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics. The ability to clearly communicate complex, datau2011driven strategies to senior leaders and top management in global, crossu2011cultural settings. Proven experience in leading and governing endu2011tou2011end S&OP or IBP processes at regional or global scale, translating analytical insights into business recommendations with impact on regional P&L. Fluency in English is required; German language skills and professional certifications such as APICS or IBF are considered an advantage.
