As the Head of Therapeutic Solutions & Urology/Gynae, you will lead the strategic direction, performance, and long-term growth of our Therapeutic Solutions and Urology/Gynaecology business, driving transformation in areas such as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC).
In this position, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of minimally invasive therapies - working across regions, functions, and leadership teams to deliver innovation that improves patient outcomes worldwide. - Lead and grow a high-performing European-based Business Unit team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while coaching leaders to deliver exceptional performance
- Own the full P&L, driving delivery of long-range financial goals and annual revenue and profitability targets
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Urology business, including BPH and NMIBC growth strategies
- Partner closely with global leaders across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives
- Align cross-functional priorities to accelerate innovation, product delivery, and market impact
- Serve as a key representative of the Therapeutic Solutions Division within regional leadership structures
- Act as a proxy leader for the Global Marketing organization, ensuring alignment of messaging, portfolio positioning, and growth initiatives
- Lead Strategic Business Planning (SBP) and lifecycle management across the portfolio to ensure optimal investment and resource allocation
- Drive development and execution of product family business plans that support long-term market leadership
- Collaborate with global business development teams to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities
Deine Qualifikationen
- Masters Degree in a Business, Engineering or Marketing discipline
- MBA or advanced business qualification preferred -- or equivalent executive-level business experience
- Significant, progressive, leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams and complex international operations
- Proven experience in a global role, with technologically complex capital products in the medical device or healthcare industry
