About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our client’s team in Berlin, focusing on residential real estate. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, driving value creation, and supporting strategic investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor the performance of residential property portfolios
* Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize returns and enhance property value
* Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis for stakeholders
* Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
* Support acquisitions and disposals with financial analysis and due diligence
* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably in residential properties
* Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluent in German and English
