Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to join us full-time in the Greater Munich area.
This role is for someone who can help us build awareness, create demand, and make more companies understand why Scelion matters.
You’ll work closely with the founders and sales team on everything related to marketing and growth, including:
- Building awareness for Scelion in the German B2B market
- Creating content for LinkedIn, the website, email campaigns, and other channels
- Supporting founder-led marketing and thought leadership
- Turning complex procurement topics into clear, engaging content
- Planning and testing growth experiments
- Supporting outbound campaigns with messaging, content, and target-group research
- Helping create case studies, customer stories, and sales materials
- Improving our website messaging and positioning
- Identifying relevant communities, events, partnerships, and channels
- Working closely with sales to turn market interest into qualified opportunities
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership, move fast, and help build the marketing engine of an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
What We’re Looking ForMust have
- German communication skills at native-speaker level, both written and spoken
- Professional experience in marketing, growth, content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Interest in B2B, SaaS, startups, public procurement, or digital transformation
- Ability to create content that is clear, structured, and relevant for business customers
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to test, learn, and improve quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with founders and sales
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Munich area
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn content, founder-led marketing, or thought leadership
- Experience with lead generation, outbound campaigns, or demand generation
- Understanding of public procurement, tenders, or B2B services
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or email tools
- Basic design skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar
- Fluency in English
