YOUR TASKS
1. Supporting the implementation of the company's overall growth strategy, particularly with regard to digital transformation projects
2. Assuming responsibility for assigned project plans and in the development of business requirements, including in the area of artificial intelligence and tokenisation. You will ensure that all project goals are achieved on time and to the highest quality.
3. Based on your excellent specialist knowledge of capital markets and financial products, you will be available to the specialist departments as a competent dialogue partner. You will represent the impulses and requirements of the company competently and convincingly and ensure the completion of ongoing projects.
4. You will support the further development of the process organisation of Chartered Investment and its subsidiaries - both with regard to regulatory requirements and with regard to streamlining processes and structures and improving efficiency.
5. Documenting, monitoring and presenting project progress to managing directors.
YOUR PROFILE
6. Completed Master's degree in the field of economics, finance or comparable
7. At least three years of professional experience at a bank, asset manager or management consultancy
8. Expertise in creating business requirements, project plans and project management
9. Experience in dealing with artificial intelligence (AI), tokenisation, blockchain, ideally in the capital market environment
10. Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic thinking
11. Excellent language skills in German and English
