The testing objects include electric drive assemblies, high-speed motors, transmissions, vehicles, etc. The testing types include durability testing, functional testing, performance testing, road testing, etc.

Intern (Project Management/Testing Department)
Job Location : Bergkirchen (near Munich), Bayern, Germany
Internship direction and responsibilities
Direction 1: Project Management
* Progress control: Assist in updating project progress and tracking milestones
* Quality certification: Organize quality certification documents and participate in laboratory standardization process optimization
* Logistics coordination: Manage the allocation of resources such as travel, accommodation, and laboratory materials for the project team
* Cross departmental collaboration: Coordinate with testing, procurement, finance, and sales teams
Direction 2: Testing Department
* Prototype support: Participate in prototype installation and commissioning, record test data
* Test management: Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration, fault analysis and problem solving
* Process optimization: Assist in analyzing and organizing testing experience, and propose efficiency improvement plans
* File output: Organize testing documents and visualize key indicators
Job requirements:
* Mechanical/electronic/automation/management majors are preferred.
* Proficient in using Excel/Project for project management direction, and able to understand basic circuit diagrams/mechanical drawings for testing direction.
* The internship period is 6 months, with at least 3 days of work per week.
