As the Marketing Manager – Continence Care (DACH), you will held a pivotal role in building and scaling our newly established division Continence Care DACH.
This is a rare go to market opportunity to shape brand identity, establish marketing infrastructure, launch our latest innovations and contribute directly to commercial growth in one of the most promising regions for our Continence Care portfolio, focused on intermittent catheterization products such as the GentleCath™ Air female.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
1. Product Launch & Commercial Kickoff: Lead the market introduction of the GentleCath™ Air portfolio, ensuring internal and external readiness and creating momentum with early adopters.
2. Homecare Engagement: Drive the development of strategic partnerships with homecare providers (5–10 contracts targeted in year one).
3. Digital Marketing & Communication: Build the digital presence from scratch – including website content, campaigns, and patient engagement assets – in collaboration with the global digital team.
4. Brand & Campaign Management: Localize global brand assets and craft tailored messaging for the DACH market; oversee preparation and execution of 1–2 key congresses.
5. Strategic Foundation Building: Contribute to strategic planning, data analysis, budgeting, and team onboarding as the division grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
6. Translate global strategies into tailored local marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
7. Lead end-to-end execution of launches, campaigns, and events, working cross-functionally across sales, supply chain, medical, and digital.
8. Establish strong relationships with homecare companies and support Key Account Management.
9. Act as brand steward for the DACH region, ensuring alignment with global brand identity.
10. Collaborate with global CC teams (Marketing, Digital, Finance) to adapt and optimize tools and messaging.
11. Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and customer insights to drive agile marketing.
12. Define digital strategy and manage implementation of online assets, including content, SEO, and campaign KPIs.
13. Prepare budget plans and monitor performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
14. Contribute to the development of marketing talent in the team as it grows.
15. Very close cooperation with Ostomy Care business unit (OC)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
16. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
17. 8+ years experience in Marketing in healthcare sector, ideally medical devices
18. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution power.
19. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
20. Proven success in medical device marketing, ideally in urology or continence care.
21. Experience in digital marketing and/or new product introduction is a must.
22. Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills and customer orientation.
23. Comfortable working in international matrix environments
24. Experience & Key Competencies
25. Experience in marketing roles within MedTech or Pharma; continence or catheter product knowledge is a strong advantage.
26. Demonstrated success in campaign execution, congress planning, and customer partnership building.
27. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
