This role is at the very heart of how we deliver for our customers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the vital link between our business teams, supply chain, and customers. What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of order management and related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great communication every step of the way. In practice, that means:
Order Management
* Entering and processing customer orders in our ERP system.
* Managing order acknowledgements and following up on open orders.
* Resolving discrepancies in quantity, pricing, or timing.
* Raising sales orders, generating debit/credit notes, and following up on payments.
* Handling complaints, transport claims, and returns according to procedures.
* Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock outs.
Demand Management
* Managing demand in line with Country Manager forecasts.
* Entering purchase orders into the ERP system and ensuring product availability.
* General Responsibilities
* Using ERP reports to monitor and ensure data integrity.
* Performing all system transactions on time and in compliance with regulations.
* Working closely with cross-functional colleagues to communicate and escalate issues effectively.
What You'll Bring
* We're looking for someone who combines precision with strong relationship skills:
* Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
* 2–3 years' experience in Customer Service or Demand Planning.
* Strong English skills (written and spoken) — German is your mother tongue.
* Knowledge of SAP and comfort working in ERP systems.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple relationships.
* Excellent communicator and true team player with a strong customer focus.
