An established international payroll and workforce solutions provider is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to lead its German payroll operation through the next phase of growth and transformation.
This is not a turnaround role.
The German business is already a high-performing, respected operation delivering payroll services to a portfolio of enterprise, mid-market and SME clients. Following an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a proven payroll leader to take ownership of a well-established function and help shape its future.

The Opportunity
As Payroll Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the leadership, performance and ongoing development of a sizeable German payroll operation.
You'll inherit an experienced team, established customer relationships and a strong platform from which to drive further improvements in service delivery, efficiency and employee engagement.
Alongside day-to-day operational leadership, you will play a key role in a significant payroll technology transformation programme, helping guide the business through systems migration and process optimisation initiatives.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to senior operational leadership.
