The role contributes to achieving sales and brand awareness targets by implementing strategic marketing initiatives in alignment with company policies and objectives. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in campaign organization, corporate communications, market analysis, and the development of marketing materials across digital and print channels, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence. Organization of marketing campaigns Conception and development of marketing and communication activities Sustainable improvement of regional and national awareness of the company Market and competition monitoring and analysis Performing PR and sponsorship tasks Responsibility for internal and external corporate communications Selection and commissioning of external PR agency/ graphic designer incl. ordering &implementation Preparation/follow-up and participation in trade fairs/ events Implement marketing activities (web, print, social media) Designing marketing documents/material (e.g. flyers, catalogs, brochures, comics, etc.) Creating regular marketing campaigns (newsletters, letter campaigns, flyers, etc.) Help define corporate design & identity and implement this in all types of external presentation (e.g. website, etc.) Completed vocational training in a commercial profession (e.g. office administrator) with a focus on marketing or comparable experience in marketing / online presence and communication Completed studies in the field of marketing and communication Reliability and trustworthiness Exact way of working Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team Representation of the company's interests Confident handling of computer technology and MS Office applications Compliance with company rules, instructions and regulations Willingness to travel Willingness to undergo personal training and to take on other tasks if specifically required Successful training with a focus on marketing or communication Strong communication and pr
