You will leverage your strong analytical and communication skills to lead by influence, train diverse teams, and manage complex safety challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and empowering our workforce to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Serve as a subject matter expert responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all EHS programs and policies within the Grid Technologies Service business, fostering a proactive ‘Zero Harm’ safety culture
2. Focus on strategic EHS management, defining standards, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and continuously improving safety protocols
3. Conduct site inspections, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
4. Collaborate closely with operational teams, management, and external stakeholders to drive EHS performance and integrate safety into every aspect of our projects and services
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance and promote a ‘Zero Harm’ culture
What You Bring
6. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
7. Many years of relevant professional experience of professional EHS experience, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial service sectors
8. In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
10. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to successfully implement safety initiatives
11. Willingness to travel (up to 20% of the time) to provide on-site EHS support and conduct audits or inspections
