At Trustteam Luxembourg, we're growing our support team and looking for a German-speaking IT Support Level 2 professional to join our dynamic environment.
As an IT Support Level 2, you'll be the go-to expert for escalated technical issues. Providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues
Assisting in onboarding and configuring new users and devices
Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, O365, Active Directory, etc.)
🧩 Proven experience in IT Support (minimum 2 years, ideally in Level 2 or similar role)
Fluent in German (spoken and written); English or French is a plus
