We are the specialist in travel retail, with trendsetting brands such as Bacardi, JBL, Haribo, and Rituals. As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for running your own store. With your customer-focused approach, you ensure that every customer leaves your store satisfied! Push your boundaries as Shop Manager at Bremen Airport As a Shop Manager at Capi, you are the ambassador of our stores. You maintain an overview and ensure the smooth operation of your store. You communicate with various departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing. You also work closely with the Supervisor in your store. You lead one of our stores and, together with your sales team, ensure that goals are achieved one of them being creating an attractive and representative store. You are also responsible for ensuring both the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the store to maximize sales. By providing the right guidance to your team, you ensure that all procedures are properly followed. Most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, managing your team and engaging with travelers. This way, you remain aware of everything happening in the store.
