By combining state-of-the-art speech and audio research with real-time, production-grade SDKs, we test, observe, and enable Voice AI systems to work in any environment. Our software is used by fast-growing Voice AI
companies across Europe and the United States whose products require reliable performance at scale: call center agents, voice agents, telephony apps, and enterprise voice assistants. We believe voice will become the main interface for technology and ai-coustics is building the foundational infrastructure to make audio input reliable, measurable, and easy to deploy.

We're looking for a hands-on Growth & Content Marketer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Video Specialist, you'll own the execution of content, campaigns, and growth initiatives, ensuring everything we put out is cohesive, on-brand, and built to perform. You'll work with agency partners to implement SEO/SEM strategy, drive B2B lead generation, and support community and event activations, all while producing content that resonates with developers and technical buyers. You're comfortable working autonomously, care about quality, and want to make a real impact at a fast-moving Voice AI startup.
Content Marketing : Plan and publish technical content (blog posts, case studies, integration guides, and product updates) with the editorial calendar driven by GTM priorities, partnering with engineering and product to turn complex audio and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for developers and technical buyers.
SEO/GEO : Implement on-page and paid search recommendations from our agency to drive discoverability, traffic, and growth.
Lead Gen: Build and optimise landing pages, gated content, and email nurture sequences, and syndicate content with third-party partners to reach new audiences.
Integrate AI tools naturally across content creation, campaign execution, and reporting to move faster and work smarter.
1–2 years in B2B marketing, content, or growth (startup or agency background strongly preferred)
~ C2/native written English, with clear audience-aware writing for both technical and non-technical readers
~ Working knowledge of SEO and tools like Semrush
~ Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
~ Bonus: background or genuine interest in AI, audio, or voice technology
