We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head Finance for Global Consumer Healthcare (CHC), who embodies the STADA culture and values. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across our global CHC segment. The ideal candidate will behave as enterprise leader with agile hands-on approach and demonstrate cultural sensitivity, thriving across diverse markets. The role reports into the EVP Global CHC.
Oversee global CHC financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
Build and strengthen strong relationships with internal stakeholders beyond local and regional Finance teams —including country General Managers, Business Unit Heads, and cross-functional teams —to ensure alignment of financial strategy with overall business objectives.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in business economics or accounting or equivalent combination of education and related experience. M. Sc. or MBA with emphasis in finance, accounting or management strongly preferred.
Advanced experience in commercial finance or financial planning and analysis roles
Proven understanding of the consumer healthcare and/or FMCG industry and its financial dynamics, ideally working in a multinational or global company
Strong ability to analyze financial data, discern key trends, and make data-driven decisions
Recognized hands-on working style with a comfort in navigating complexity, thriving in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth
