Global IT Transformation Leader
We are seeking an experienced Global IT Transformation Leader to drive our company's digitalization strategy and lead our international IT team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our global IT architecture, developing our business application landscape, and managing our supplier portfolio.

Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Degree in (business) Information Technology or similar qualification with more than five years of relevant professional experience in IT & Digitalization Management.
* Proven modern Leadership to lead and coach international teams, demonstrated ability to manage medium to large scale IT programs & projects, with a hands-on approach with many (5+) years of experience.
* Technical Expertise across all IT areas, including advanced technical expertise in enterprise cloud infrastructure (Microsoft technologies like Azure & M365), SAP ECC & S/4Hana, as well as process, data and middleware cloud applications.
* Experienced in global IT Operations; Ability to build & manage strong relationships with external global IT Managed Service Provider, including near- and offshore Partners ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Solid experience & knowledge in Cyber Security, including organizational, regulatory and technical security measures. A CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 auditor certification is a plus.
