In just three years, we have successfully executed eight acquisitions across Europe and Asia — with four more expected in the near future.To support this rapid growth and long-term integration, we are hiring a Head of Network Strategy and Post-Merger Integration.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of newly acquired manufacturing sites into the Adragos network. You will manage the full PMI process – from the initial carve-out of sites from large pharma groups to their operational, cultural, and systems integration into our group. You will also oversee operational improvement initiatives and CAPEX programs at the sites to ensure they meet our performance and quality standards.In parallel, you will develop and implement the Adragos Pharma Production System (APPS) – our internal blueprint for building a scalable, high-performance CDMO manufacturing network. This includes defining group-wide principles, ensuring consistency across sites, and identifying synergies and opportunities for harmonization.This is a very senior, hands-on and highly cross-functional role reporting to the Group COO, with close collaboration with the CEO and founder. It requires leadership, structure, and a strong bias for execution.
