HR Manager - Your Profile :
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Human Resources or Labor Law, providing a solid foundation for complex decision-making.
You bring at least 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the social or public sector, allowing for a smooth transition into this specialized environment.
You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish, enabling you to communicate effectively and authentically with all stakeholders and public third parties. Any other languages skill (English, German, …) is a plus.
