The focus of this position is on independent project management. This includes the complete planning, monitoring and reporting of projects to enable the successful achievement of project objectives in terms of time, quality and cost. With professionalism, dynamism and team spirit, you will cooperate with all departments involved to meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Your tasks:
Communicating with customers and subcontractors/suppliers
Project breakdown to identify and coordinate tasks and responsibilities
Defining project phases and milestones to control project progress
Creating and updating project scheduling
Tracking costs (supported by controlling), changes and complaints
Analyzing and managing project risks
Organizing and motivating the project team
Preparing cost estimates and offers
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing reports and necessary documents
Your profile:
Completed studies in engineering
Experience in project management
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
Knowledge of Jira, MS Project and an ERP system is an advantage
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Analytical thinking and innovative spirit
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good English and German skills
