Tasks & responsibilities You will support brand and portfolio strategy by tailoring long-term plans, shaping in market execution, defining strategic pricing, and prioritizing category and geographic expansion. Global brand strategies will be driven by you, recognizing diverse regional market needs and setting clear priorities. By taking a leading role in guiding the entire brand related governance and execution, you leverage your marketing expertise to align cross-functional teams and ensure the strategic direction and seamless execution brand strategies. You will proactively monitor market and competitive dynamics, adjusting and future-proofing portfolio strategies as needed. With rigor and transparency, you will oversee brand budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation. Additional tasks for Senior Brand Manager You will drive brand and portfolio strategy by tailoring long-term plans, shaping in market execution, defining strategic pricing, and prioritizing category and geographic expansion. Global brand strategies will be developed by you, recognizing diverse regional market needs and setting clear priorities. By leading cross-functional teams laterally, you will ensure alignment and flawless execution of therapeutic area and brand strategies. Requirements University degree; preference for masteru2019s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) or veterinary degree Several years of experience in commercial roles (on a local and global level) with proven track record in e.g. Sales, Commercial Excellence, Market Access Consumer driven marketing experience or Animal Health experience, ideally with global exposure or experience in multiple countries and/or global campaign responsibilities Strong understanding of financial metrics and portfolio profitability Visionary mindset to craft, communicate, and execute impactful strategies Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders Fluency in English, with the ability to present ideas persuasively Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%) Additional requirements for Senior Brand Manager Long term experience in commercial/marketing roles with proven track record Leadership skills to lead cross-functional launch-teams and to inspire, engage, and influence internal and external stakeholders Applications from persons with severe disabilities are warmly welcomed.
