Key HR Specialist Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage employee lifecycles, act as an expert on Luxembourgish regulations, and contribute to significant HR transformation projects in our dynamic Human Resources Shared Service Center (SSC) in Luxembourg.
* Prepare and manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle.
* Take responsibility for accurate input and continuous maintenance of all employee data in designated HR systems.
* Act as go-to expert for complex queries regarding Luxembourgish social security, labor law, and tax legislation.
* Serve as main point of contact and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
* Review, adapt, and communicate HR policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in HR administration role in Luxembourg.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
* Expert-level knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
* High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Fluent in French and English (advanced professional proficiency).
