Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Sales Contract Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
6. Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
7. Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
8. Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
9. Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer,
10. Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
11. Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment, monitor
12. Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers
Your profile:
13. Completed studies in law, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management or comparable
14. Work experience in purchasing, customer service, contract management, and sales
15. Airbus experience is an advantage
16. Basic knowledge of project management
17. Good knowledge of English-language contracts and in dealing with customers
18. Knowledge of data analysis and structuring
19. Confident handling of MS-Word, MS-Excel, SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
20. Fluent Englisch spoken and written
21. Knowledge of German is an advantage
