What you'll do:
1. Evaluate the current partner community, validate viability, and present a 'keep, remove, grow' recommendation to NAVEX senior management
2. Build and execute growth and development business plans with each partner across the NAVEX product portfolio, ensuring alignment with NAVEX's value proposition
3. Act as a trusted ambassador for NAVEX in the partner landscape, representing us at industry events, nurturing new networks, and identifying high-potential partners
4. Create strong alignment between partners and NAVEX sales by driving joint
