- Drive workforce analytics and planning across Germany and turn data into strategic insights.
- Lead workforce analytics, planning & HR reporting
- Build dashboards, KPIs & deliver actionable insights
- Manage workforce planning and salary/bonus cycles
- Ensure data quality and support financial/HR analyses
- Partner with HR & Finance stakeholders and drive process improvements
Deine Qualifikationen
- Degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field
- 3+ years in analytics, reporting, or planning
- Experience in workforce analytics / HR controlling
- Strong Excel & Power BI skills; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
