What you will do with us
As a (Senior) Process Owner, you will own and further develop one defined end-to-end process area within our value chain:
* Proposition Development & Communication – development, positioning, and communication of customer‑centric solutions
* Buy & Manage Products – Category Management, assortment planning, sourcing, supplier management, product data management
* Deliver Products to Customers – space management, demand & supply planning, logistics, fulfilment, transport, replenishment
* Serve Products to Customers – service readiness, customer interaction, omnichannel service execution, after‑care, continuous service improvement
In your assigned end‑to‑end process, you will:
* Own and continuously improve your end-to-end process with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and transparency
* Identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into practical improvements together with the relevant business functions
* Monitor process performance using relevant KPIs and derive actions for continuous improvement
* Support the development of common process standards, methods, and ways of working across markets and functions
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a key contact for process-related topics within your area
What you will bring with you
* Relevant experience in process management, process optimisation, business transformation, or a comparable role, ideally in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments
* Good understanding of the value chain relevant to the process area you would ow
* Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical solutions
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
* A structured and data-driven way of working, combined with a hands-on mindset
* Very good communication skills in English and German
