THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
Our Supplier Conditions Team is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to drive operational excellence for our contract and discount management as well as hunting and buying processes. In this strategic role you will lead trade term and discount initiatives and define requirements to further enhance the endtoend buying process with a key focus on optimizing Salesforce processes and tools and ensuring standardization and compliance directly contributing to Zalandos profitability and efficiency in the B2C commerce. Extensive collaboration with crossfunctional teams from our Supplier Management Markets and Supply organisation is required.
As a Senior CRM Manager at Zalando you will design and lead projects/enhancements creating remarkable customer and stakeholder value and promoting guidelines and best practices in your area of expertise.

1. You will work with various stakeholders to understand the business context and contribute to developing/customizing a relevant and scalable solution and support with implementation in our Salesforce environment.
2. You understand and validate the business needs and translate them into efficient machinereadable and automated CRM solutions.
3. You manage and prioritize the backlog facilitate sprint planning create detailed user stories and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features enhancements and projects that align with business priorities and maximize ROI.
4. You lead diverse projects and translate business requirements into endtoend process design from the solution design to the final implementation.
5. You have critical thinking and are able to identify opportunities in operations and constantly seek for improvement and growth to drive successful projects out of these opportunities.
6. You show strong entrepreneurship and independently design build test and implement new features functionalities and processes in the Salesforce instance and other relevant systems.
