As a German speaking Manager Accounting you will be responsible for meeting the needs of clients with regard to accounting and tax processes. This includes keeping day-to-day accounts, preparing tax returns and annual reports.
About the Role
* Supervise general accounting performed by your team.
* Review and finalise preparation of annual tax returns linked to respective accounts.
* Be in regular and proactive contact with clients and build long-lasting trusting relationships.
You will also be involved in improving internal digital processes participating in acquisition of new customers and training motivating and developing your team.
Your Profile
* You are a chartered accountant or have soon will qualify.
* You have at least 5 years professional experience managing portfolio of local commercial clients within fiduciary Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.
* Your leadership technical expertise are recognized by your team.
* You are highly organized detail-oriented able to coordinate several tasks at time to meet deadlines.
* You have independent conscientious goal-oriented mindset.
* You are fluent in French German English knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered as asset.
