Lead regional operations for a global leader in event production, helping to deliver world-class live experiences across premier venues. 🎤🎥
We’re working with a well-established international organisation at the forefront of live event production and technology. With a strong presence in hotels, conference centres, and corporate event spaces, they provide high-impact audiovisual and production services that bring events to life.
They are now hiring a Regional Operations Director to lead their EMEA operations. This role combines operational oversight, commercial leadership, and team development, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment and has a track record of multi-site leadership.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
* Lead and support a network of venue-based teams to deliver consistent, high-quality event services.
* Drive regional financial performance, including forecasting, EBITDA growth, and cost optimisation.
* Strengthen client relationships across hotel and venue partners, ensuring satisfaction and contract retention.
* Champion operational standards and compliance across venues, with a focus on safety, service, and quality.
* Collaborate with sales and finance leaders to implement strategies that maximise revenue and resource utilisation.
* Foster a high-performing, engaged, and development-focused team culture.
🧠 This could suit you if…
* You have 5+ years’ experience in multi-site operational leadership, ideally within events, AV, or hospitality.
* You’re commercially sharp with strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and forecasts.
* You thrive on building and leading teams across multiple locations.
* You’re a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
* You’re comfortable with regular travel and working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
