Your responsibilities
As a Finance Manager you are responsible for the financial activities of our global organization. You are both being part in managing the monthly and annual Financial reports, and reporting functions, as well as overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and managing cashflows.
In your first months you will support our Group Head of Finance and our respective Finance Team regarding the following:
1. Monthly Accounts Receivable which includes billing and dunning.
2. Monthly Accounts Payable in cooperation with Deutsche Börse service center Prague.
3. Management of liquidity base incl. Intercompany funding.
4. Monthly bookkeeping according to the standard IFRS and local GAAP.
5. Monthly financial reporting for Management and Deutsche Börse Group.
6. Preparation of statutory financial statements and supportive documents.
7. Active contribution to evolution of FAC processes and general improvements.
8. Preparation of presentation for supervisory board meetings.
9. Contact person for external stakeholder and auditors and customers.
10. Contact person for Deutsche Börse Financial Accounting and Controlling.
11. Contact person for Internal and External Auditors.
Your profile
12. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
13. Experience in the financial services sector for at least 2 years.
14. Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
15. Very good German and English language skills (in writing and verbal).
16. Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines, ad-hoc tasks).
