The UKER as an employer
The tasks
* Technical support, design and optimization of HR applications (especially in the area of time management and duty scheduling)
* Preparation, checking and transfer of payroll-relevant data to downstream systems
* Close collaboration with the internal IT department and the manufacturer
The know-how for it
* Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification with a strong affinity for IT
* Good comprehension and analytical thinking
* Experience in time management, rostering and personnel data systems
* Very good IT skills in MS Office
* Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, preferably in the public sector
* Very good written and spoken German skills
Additionally an advantage
* We also expect a confident demeanor, an independent and reliable way of working and the ability to work in a team
* Experience in making the necessary adjustments to the configuration / parameterization of the (time management / duty roster) system
* Experience in the creation and execution of evaluations
