We seek a highly skilled Geschäftsanalyst to join our team. As a key member of the Leipzig location, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management and CFO, ensuring that our internal processes run efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
* Assume responsibility for organizing all daily operations, including professional mail handling, material procurement, and serving as the central telephone switchboard and reception desk.
* Be accountable for maintaining and storing contracts, invoices, and confidential personnel documents in a secure manner.
* Review and forward incoming invoices for approval, assist with monthly closing procedures, and carefully manage cost centers.
Further responsibilities:
* Active demand identification and analysis, as well as sourcing, comparing, and evaluating offers.
* Negotiation of prices and conclusion of contracts within the framework of purchasing guidelines.
* Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with suppliers.
Anforderungen:
* Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder eines Studiums mit Schwerpunkt BWL/Logistik.
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sekretariat, in einer zentralen administrativen Rolle oder im operativen Einkauf.
