We are seeking an experienced Software Developer who will join our Product Team Order Management in driving the agile development of fast, scalable, and reliable services and components of our e-commerce platform.
* You will develop, implement, and operate cloud-native microservices in the production environment and proactively identify and resolve any production issues that may arise.
* Closely collaborate with other teams to deliver value to our end-users and contribute to inner-source initiatives by driving quality and standards in the internal engineering community.
* Mentor less-experienced engineers and help grow our development team by supporting interviews and code-pairing sessions.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent training with several years of professional work experience.
* Proficient use of Golang to meet complex business needs.
* Experience in developing scalable and reliable large-scale applications.
* Confident handling of event-based communication between microservices as well as common monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
* Experience with SQL databases, cloud provider platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and distributed services on CloudRun or comparable serverless approaches or Kubernetes (K8s).
* Experience with CI and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
* Proactive personality with a strong focus on agile teamwork and very good knowledge of English.
