As our brand new head of UX, you're accountable for demonstrating the achievement of agreed-upon outcomes and product value.
In terms of leadership we expect you to:
* Champion and implement organizational changes that enhance UX and empower customer centricity
* Optimize UX resource allocation to optimize for reaching UX objectives
* Foster professional growth and guidance for UX team members
* Ensure UX maturity is set to the appropriate level within the company

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who brings the following:
* 10+ years of experience in UX, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
* Proven track record in UX leadership within B2B product development
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to align UX with business goals
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for involving UX professionals in strategic decisions
