Description We are looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) based in Klipphausen, Germany to lead all financial activities of the company, with a strong focus on accounting leadership and full finance operations, including coordination with banks and auditors. The role ensures accurate reporting under HGB and IFRS, supports strategic decision-making, and acts as a key business partner to project controllers, operations, and senior management, ensuring transparency, profitability, and compliance. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field Several years of professional experience in finance roles Strong experience in financial closing, reporting and accounting operations Solid knowledge of HGB, IFRS knowledge is a strong advantage Proven experience in contract/project accounting (preferred for project-based or industrial environments) Experience coordinating internal and external audits Leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) High analytical capability with strong attention to detail and data accuracy Strong business partnering mindset with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
