Purpose of the position


The Intersnack Group has a continuous ambition to grow rapidly both organically and externally. The purpose of the position is to support the company in organizing and delivering this growth in a strategic way. Revenue Growth Management Manager rolls out and stewards the “RGM at Intersnack” way - deploying the approach in all MUs, owning the analytic techniques, providing thought partnership to local commercial teams, working with 3rd-party data and insights agencies, facilitating best practice sharing and training, and continuously evolving the playbook.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of balanced and sustainable RGM plans across pricing, pack price architecture (PPA), promotions, mix, and trade terms

2. Design, maintain, and monitor international pricing corridors to guide market-level pricing decisions, ensuring strategic alignment competitiveness, and consistency across geographies

3. Establish promotional guidelines and lead post-event evaluations to optimize ROI

4. Develop pack strategies aligned with demand spaces, retailer priorities, and profitability

5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to ensure RGM initiatives are embedded in commercial planning

6. Provide thought leadership and training to local teams, fostering RGM capability development

7. Partner with external agencies to access data, conduct research, and enhance analytical tools

8. Track performance of RGM initiatives and propose corrective actions when needed

9. Facilitate best practice sharing across markets and contribute to the evolution of the RGM playbook

10. Several years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy roles.

11. Experience in FMCG matrix organizations and/or strategic consulting environments

12. Proven international exposure and ability to work across diverse markets and cultures

13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders

14. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a “can-do” attitude

15. Robust analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

16. Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a lean HQ environment

17. Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus

18. Travelling is about 10% per month - you will travel once a month across our european entities
