Regional Sales Representative Germany (m/f/d)Linglong Tire is a leading Chinese tire manufacturer with production facilities and research centers in Asia, North America and Europe. As a sponsor of VfL Wolfsburg and with the opening of our new production site in Serbia, we are expanding our brand presence in the European market.We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand our Sales Team in Germany.ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze market trends, including vehicles, tires, customer demand, competitor activities, and promotional strategies.Advise headquarters on distributor layout, planning, and brand strategy.Leverage resources to drive sales growth and achieve regional targets.Manage and evaluate regional customers, strengthen relationships through regular visits, and support channel expansion.Visit retail outlets and fleet clients to assess needs, monitor demand, and track competitor dynamics.Identify, develop, and cultivate new client opportunities.Oversee the full sales cycle, from negotiation to delivery and payment collection, ensuring smooth coordination with headquarters and distributors.Assess clients’ financial health and monitor accounts receivable to safeguard stable operations.Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with headquarters.Coordinate store construction and site selection with distributors; liaise with the Marketing Department on training needs; monitor project completion and maintain brand image standards.QualificationsAcademic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position+5 years experience in the tire industryFamiliar with working with cross-functional and international teamsStrong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationallyNative in GermanFluent in English; any other additional language is a plusOpen-minded, team player and cross-cultural communicationWhat we offerUnlimited ContractPerformance BonusAn open-minded and international teamBeing part of the success of an international growing brandOpportunity for professional and personal growthSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Customer Service, and Product ManagementIndustries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Automation Machinery Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Linglong Germany GmbH.
