Global Business Development Director – Contract Logistics (FMCG / Healthcare)
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand contract logistics activities across multiple regions within the FMCG / Healthcare verticals. This senior role involves shaping and executing commercial strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve contract logistics growth targets
Identify and pursue new clients and markets
Analyze market trends to refine commercial approaches
Collaborate cross-functionally with solution design, marketing, operations, and finance
Lead negotiations and contract agreements
Candidate Profile:
Degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
Minimum 15 years’ experience in contract logistics business development in multicultural environments, specifically focussing on the FMCG or Healthcare vertical
Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong network of existing customers
